What a gift to celebrate a wedding that feels so deeply intentional.
Lamajah and Javan’s wedding at The Callaway Jewel in Fulton, Missouri was one of those days that didn’t just look stunning – it meant something.
From the very beginning, it was clear this wasn’t just about a celebration of marriage. It was about faith, commitment, and inviting every single person present into witnessing a sacred union of two souls who’s love for each other and shared faith was so strong.

The morning began in the most beautiful, light-filled bridal suite (one of the many reasons The Callaway Jewel is such a dream venue for a Fulton Missouri wedding) and it was the perfect space for details and all the getting ready moments.
Everything about Lamajah’s details was intentional and elevated. From her accessories to the soft, romantic tones of the space, it created an atmosphere that felt calm, joyful, and full of anticipation.

The couple took time together before the ceremony to share a prayer (without peeking) and it was so sweet outside by The Callaway Jewels signature columns.

The best part of getting ready at venues like this is the way everything is set up so perfectly to actually enjoy each moment as it unfolded.

If I had to describe their ceremony in one word, it would be: powerful.

Lamajah and Javan chose to include pre-recorded testimonies of their faith, sharing their personal journeys and what led them to this moment. It added such a meaningful and emotional layer that you could feel throughout the entire room.

They also incorporated two worship songs into the ceremony, turning the space into something that felt less like an event and more like a shared experience rooted in their belief.

At the end of the ceremony, family and friends gathered around them, laying hands and praying over their marriage.
It was such a beautiful way to ground the couple and their commitment in faith.

As the sun began to set, we stepped outside for their couples portraits, and everything came together in the best way.

The sunset gave us the most beautiful glow, and Lamajah loves that bold, editorial flash look, so we also leaned into on-camera flash to create something a little more cinematic.
The combination of soft golden light and intentional flash created images that felt both romantic and modern – completely true to their style and energy.

To end the night, Lamajah and Javan chose to do a lantern release – and it was the perfect closing to an already meaningful day.
As the sky filled with softly glowing lights, surrounded by the people who love them most, it felt like a reflection of everything their wedding represented: intention, faith, and light.
It wasn’t just a send-off.
It was a moment.

This day wasn’t just beautiful because of the venue, the details, or even the light.
It stood out because it was anchored in something deeper.
Every choice – from the testimonies to the worship, the prayer, and even the way they ended the night – reflected who Lamajah and Javan are at their core.
And that’s what made it unforgettable.
